"Everything about this stay was beautiful. We didn’t realize how connected they were so closely connected with The Hotel Convento do Espineiro, it was an extra bonus to use their facilities. The staff was amazing, the breakfasts are delicious. It was a step up in luxury and we loved it. The town of Évora can be seen in one day even if you inclue@ visit to the Dos Alemendres Megalithic site about 14 km out of town. We would stay again and definitely highly recommend. "We had a great experience during our 2-night stay. Location was just a 5 minute ride to the historical area, nicely tucked away from the busy streets in a quiet area, but yet close enough to walk to an Inter-Marche supermarket & a few cafes. The Quinta is in a lovely traditional, well maintained setting & we felt very safe there. The owners were welcoming & eager to please. Breakfast was phenomenal, especially prepared for us as we were only guests there this time. Highly recommended!"

"Modern facilities marred by lack of maintenance. Our room showed signs of a flooding, with floor planks loose and peeling. The carpeting in the hallway was in even worse shape. Ask for a room facing the pool. The alternative is overlooking an abandoned building. Staff were friendly and helpful. The optional breakfast was about average. There aren’t many nearby options"

"The room was wonderful.! We had the Cathedral room with the Cathedral literally across the street framed in our windows. It was beautiful! We loved going up the spiral staircase to our room. The rooftop terrace was a great surprise. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It would be difficult to get to this room for someone with physical limitations. The kitchen was good to have but could use more supplies. The apartment was located in the old walled section of Evora and walkable to all the town sights. There are about 6 parking spots. If you arrive early and can get one of the spots it makes things a lot easier if you have a car. I would love to stay there again and highly recommend it."

"This hotel is a gem. The rooms are huge! Beds are comfy! They have an onsite infinity pool that provides a great view of the city with wonderful places to sit all over. There is a lovely sauna that is perfect after a day of walking around the historic city. All of the must sees are within a 2-10 minute walk. Close enough to all of the attractions but far enough from the university which gets hopping when the sun goes down. The breakfast was very good. My only regret - staying only one night."
