"Such a delightful stay! Rooms were beautifully designed and all had balconies that looked onto the street so you could enjoy the surroundings Breakfast items were very good . Easily walkable to marina and shopping and good restaurants and museums. Would definitely stay here again. And The Texan restaurant has DELICIOUS true to taste Mexican food that we are used to with the flavors similar to the USA in case you are looking for a change of palette. "We had a great stay at Quinta do Espirito Santo. We hosts are fantastique and full of insight. This is not a traditional hotel, but you get to stay at a fantastique old house with great history and athmosphere. The premises have cats, chickens, ducks and dogs. "Our stay was was lovely. The water in the bathroom tap was clean and drinkable, and tastes great. The breakfast provided in the morning was also a great touch. Not to mention the host was so sweet and kind, and offered information about the local festivities that were going on that weekend. "The one-bedroom apartment with pull-out couch was perfect for our family of four. Spacious room, very comfortable beds, deck for drying our swim gear, free on-site covered parking, and delicious array of foods at the complimentary breakfast each morning. Great location in Angra, walkable (for those able-bodied) to the main town areas for shops, restaurants, the forts, churches, waterfront, beach, and more. Staff was friendly and we were so appreciative that they were able to allow us an early check-in after our overnight flight. That early afternoon nap saved the first-day exhaustion and allowed us to enjoy the rest of the day."
