โComplicated self check-in with several security codes. No one on site to assist. Local phone number not helpful for international travelers. Worst is the smell of the rooms... musty, basement rooms... left window open, blew fan AC all night which made it slightly better. Would NOT recommend. โ
โA very nice, well-appointed hotel, located inside of a vacation village. Restaurants and shopping were all within walking distance, as was the beach. Numerous cycling trails that crisscross the country are accessible right from the hotel. โ

โTrato exquisito, servicio de animaciรณn genial para amenizar la estancia. El bungalow tenรญa todo lo necesario...podrรญa mejorar un poquito la limpieza de espacios comunes y la cafeterรญa estaba algo desangelada. Por lo demรกs, todo perfecto. โ
โMuy buena experiencia. Nos dejaron entrar antes del horario, la habitaciรณn estaba limpia y cuando el aire no funcionรณ nos cambiaron enseguida a otra con mejor vista a la piscina y al jacuzzi, que los niรฑos disfrutaron muchรญsimo. El desayuno variado, buena ubicaciรณn con restaurantes cerca y excelente atenciรณn del personal, (Gracias Celso por tu amabilidad y en especial de Celso. Hotel tranquilo e ideal para familias.

Santiago. Spacious room (#1), although the beds could have been a little more comfortable; amazing kitchen to make your own meals, with all the supplies and equipment you could need.
