“Great hotel that ill gladly be staying at again when traveling to Sao Miguel, the cleaning staff did great and were friendly, pastries/tea were always loaded in the kitchen, and the convenience of being so close to everything was great! I will say the elevators were a little sketchy sometimes on one occasion suddenly stopping on the 18th floor then not moving for a few seconds then taking us down to the parcade..but that i think was more of a building issue, the hotel was fantastic and i cannot...

“This boutique hotel was our home for a week while we explored the island and it worked. Very centrally located in the tiny streets the parking is a 5 minute walk away. The room had zero shelving to put anything is my biggest complaint. But it was clean and they have a central fridge and microwave you can use. All in all would stay again.”

“Great location huge rooms interesting hot tub. Wonderful staff. Street parking was easy just a big loop on small streets to come back if no parking on first try. Definitely recommend ”

“Nice owners, were quick in fixing issues (initially no hot water, no internet). The biggest problem i faced was the condensation in the appartment. Everything was damp, and the droplets were hanging above my head in the bedroom. In the summer this will not be an issue i guess, but in wintertime, i just cannot recommend this appartment. ”
