"We stayed for 3 nights and this property is amazing! Great location overlooking a little park and a close walk to all the downtown activities. We had a room on the ground floor (#2) that had a wonderful patio to sit and relax with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. The breakfast had a nice selection of offerings, and the staff - specifically Gabriella- were so friendly and willing to help. I would definitely stay here again when traveling to Ponte Delgada. "

"The management (owners?) were very pleasant and helpful, as were all staff. The room was spacious and well prepared. The Hotel offered everything we wanted and was convenient for a short walk down to the Harbour at Horta, which was our main place to visit. Overall, extremely pleased with the quality and value the Hotel offered and provided. It is not a 5 star facility but clean, tidy, spacious and ideal for our stay on a budget. We would recommend this hotel."
