"Loved the size of the apartment and its amenities and the fact that there is a coffee shop right downstairs. I would say they should add a shower door , the shower head is one of those that you take off the wall and it was really hard to make it aim towards you and so water constantly splashed out making all the floor wet in the bathroom. Also, if you are going to stay there on a weekend and are a light sleeper like me definitely use the earplugs they give you, there is a bar/club nearby that...

"An amazing place to stay! The view of the ocean with pico island is amazing! The owner and housekeeper were both super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They brought fresh eggs, fruits from their property, and home made jams every morning! It was nice to have the communal area to meet people (although not too many people in the off season.) For those curious, laundry service costs EUR 10. But they wash, dry, and fold your laundry. Much cheaper than a hotel."

"Very quiet and peaceful hotel, with super clean and nice rooms. Located 5 minutes away from Terra Nostra Parks and 10 minutes from Poça da Dona Beija with several restaurants nearby as well. Enjoyed a calm and relaxing stay here!"

"Hotel stay was ok, very clean but beware there is no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage you’ll kill yourself getting it up the stairs. Also, the hotel is in a very very busy and noisy area of town, great view to the harbour but mind your feet if you’re crossing the street."

"What an awesome find. Small walk-up hotel with the friendliest staff, good beds, great breakfast, and convenient to Ponta Delgada, just a 15 minute walk. MY only concern would be finding parking in high season, but it was no problem for us in November."

"We had a wonderful 10 night stay at Quinta dos Bravos. The property amidst the gardens is so beautiful, with great care taken for every detail. The rooms are spotless. The breakfasts are nice with homemade cakes. On our last night, we had the loveliest dinner onsite made by Irena, which was a highlight. Paulo, Irena and their staff were attentive, kind and gracious. We look forward to returning and highly recommend staying here!"
