“Es un sitio con una ubicación excelente, fácil acceso y parking en las instalaciones. El check in es facilisimo y tienes un código para entrar. El desayuno siempre es el mismo cada día, es sencillo pero rico. Las habitaciones están muy bien, son amplias pero el colchón es terrible, eso hace que el descanso sea deficiente. Deberían cambiar los colchones porque están llenos de muelles que no dejan dormir bien. Excepto el tema de descansar mal por los colchones el lugar es que nos gustó.”

“Very nice "premium" property. Great amenities overlooking the water. Wonderful, attentive and interested staff. Breakfast was very good, but got booring after a few days. Some aspects of the room were a little tired and different (like the bathroom lighting was insufficient) but it was a very pleasant and spacious room. Bar drinks were priced more like NY than the Azores. Overall, a very pleasant stay. ”

I was traveling alone and they helped plan my days by giving me places to visit and food options while there My luggage didn’t arrive for 3 days and they told me where to go for clothing as well as called the airlines for updates. The restaurant had no problems with me desiring to eat in my room instead of the establishment. Will stay there again on return ”
