“Diana is friendly and responsive with our requests. We stayed at one bedroom apartment. It feels like staying at home but in the paradise. ”

“This was a no-frills, simple hotel. It was a great value, and was clean, quiet, and relaxing. The staff were so kind, and laid back. The view from the patio in our room was lovely. The shared kitchen area was a nice place to cook a meal, and there were three adorable cats around the property who we loved petting. The location was great for exploring various parts of Pico. ”

“The management (owners?) were very pleasant and helpful, as were all staff. The room was spacious and well prepared. The Hotel offered everything we wanted and was convenient for a short walk down to the Harbour at Horta, which was our main place to visit. Overall, extremely pleased with the quality and value the Hotel offered and provided. It is not a 5 star facility but clean, tidy, spacious and ideal for our stay on a budget. We would recommend this hotel.”

“Super Empfang von sehr nettem Personal, schöner Pool, toller Ausblick auf die Weinfelder und Faial, Zimmereinrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstücksauswahl mit Rührei, Käse, Joghurt, Gemüse, Obst, Marmelade. Weil unsere Fähre früh fuhr, bekamen wir sogar etwas früher Frühstück. ”

“Aussergewöhnlich schöne Lage mit beeindruckendem subtropischen Garten und freier Sicht auf den Atlantik. Das Gastgeberehepaar ist sehr freundlich, achtsam und aufmerksam. Was für ein netter Empfang bei der Ankunft! Die Schonung der Ressourcen wird mit Überzeugung gelebt. Das Interieur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles war intakt und funktionsfähig. Die Küche des Apartments war sehr gut ausgestattet. ”
