A budget accommodation, but in spite of being quite basic, was clean, with a great complimentary breakfast. My room had strong wifi, ample electrical outlets, a ceiling fan and air conditioning. My only complaint was that the bed was very firm, too firm for my liking. Not the best neighborhood, so I didn’t venture out after dark, but the hotel is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, grocery stores and tourist attractions, with a bit of walking. I would stay at this hotel again in future, if I planned on returning to São Paulo.

The place is old, without hot water, smelly and the service is terrible. Literally left one day earlier to look for another place to stay.

Essa é segunda vez que fico hospedada nesse hotel. Em maio e agora em outubro. E por coincidência ficamos no mesmo apartamento 403. E com os mesmos problemas, banheiro com rejuntes do azulejos precisando de uma boa limpeza com água sanitária, porta do box com problemas e dessa vez com mal cheiro. Limpeza do banheiro nota 0. O restante satisfatório. Com certeza essa será a minha última hospedagem.

Gostei muito da localização do hotel.Por ser no centro fica bem mais facil ir para varios lugares. É bem movimento e tranquilo. Gostei muito do meu quarto, era simples e super confortavel e eles deixam vc comprar coisas para colocar no freegobar , gostei muito do banheiro , tudo limpinho, cafe da manha é bom, mas poderia ter mais coisas , como tapioca e cuscuz. Gostei voltaria a São paulo e me hospedaria la novamente. Obrigada pela estadia tranquila.

Hotel com excelente custo benefício. Cama confortável, chuveiro dez. Faltam móveis no quarto, as malas tem q ficar todas no chão. Atendimento 10. O Sr Wilson tem um atendimento excelente, muito carismático, solícito. Café da manhã somente o básico.

Hotel ótimo pelo atendimento e localização. Café da manhã bom. Só o espaço do banheiro que é muito pequeno (pelo menos da quarto individual que fiquei dessa vez, e chaveiro com o número do quarto muito grande que na hora de abril a porta é ruim, mas independente disso no geral é bom.

Estive hospedada de 16 a 18 de maio 2025. Experiência em geral foi muito boa. Bom atendimento no balcão. Café da manhã razoável. Quarto bom, com cama grande e confortável. Banheiro também bom. Apenas com uma resalva no box precisando de uma boa faxina com água sanitária, frisos dos azulejos, e onde corre as portas do box com partes escura, pretas, que uma boa limpeza tira tudo, ficou a desejar essa limpeza. Fiquei no apartamento 403. Local do hotel muito bom, para quem quer comodidade para caminhar no centro da cidade e com farto transporte público.
