The room was old, small patio sliding door did not lock and felt unsafe. The bedding was yellow, beds and pillows hard. Attempted to get early check in but was not allowed because there was no room available although I saw many people/ families check out while waiting in the lounge. Receptionist did not attempt to help. Originally booked for 3 nights, checked out after 1st. Do not recommend

Many times in the hotel before all was good . This time Housekeeping left water in the cup without accommodation . And I lost money inside of the room with no solution for more than a week .!

BEWARE DO NOT EAT IN RESTAURANT !

Hotel condition was good and reception staff good. Restaurant is another story. Buffet breakfast marginal. However, I ordered for lunch one day a "cheeseburger".I was the Only Person in the restaurant, took the 20+ minutes to serve it. When I went to bite into it I thought it smelled bad. When I tasted it I had to spit it out. The Meat was ROTTEN ! I could have gotten seriously ill or worse. There is a reason why except for the "marginal buffet breakfast" included with the room, the restaurant is Always Empty. Have your maginal brakfast here if included, and DO NOT EAT HERE ANYTHING ELSE !

Estava ocorrendo uma obra no andar de cima do quarto, o barulho é como se estivesse dentro do quarto, solicitamos a troca, porém a recepção fez pouco caso, liberando somente no dia seguinte de manhã, quando já estávamos pra sair do hotel. Em relação ao café da manhã dizia que era de fazenda, porém haviam poucas opções e o queijo mussarela que pegamos estava com gosto de estragado .
