Hotel was dated but fair-priced, and I had problems with a leaky shower and low-flush toilet, but staff was very helpful in addressing them. Standard amenities include A/C, cable TV, phone, mini-refrigerator, etc. Rich and fresh breakfast choices that includes typical Brazilian (breads, coffee, fruits, fruit juice) and other standard fare (sausage, scrambled eggs, cereal, etc).

O quarto estava limpo, com roupas de cama e toalhas em boas condições. O café da manhã era simples, porém muito saboroso. Minha única insatisfação foi em relação ao atendimento. Como eu e minha equipe chegamos antes do horário de check-in, optamos por pagar o café da manhã à parte. No entanto, no momento do check-out, fui cobrada novamente pelo mesmo serviço, pois a informação não havia sido registrada corretamente pela recepção. Entendo que erros podem acontecer, mas o que mais me incomodou foi a ausência de um pedido de desculpas ou qualquer demonstração de atenção diante do equívoco. A situação foi bastante constrangedora e acabou impactando negativamente minha experiência no hotel.

Infelizmente, nossa experiência foi bastante decepcionante. O hotel parece um quebra-cabeça: algumas poucas áreas aparentam ter sido reformadas, mas a maior parte da estrutura está mal conservada, com acabamentos ruins e falta evidente de manutenção. O estacionamento é um dos piores pontos. Há entulho, lixo e materiais espalhados, dificultando a circulação dos veículos. A saída estava praticamente inutilizável, obrigando os hóspedes a utilizarem a mesma passagem para entrada e saída. O quarto apresentava diversos problemas. Encontramos formigas no banheiro e no quarto, vazamento, torneira solta e desencaixada, além do registro frouxo. Mesmo sendo uma das áreas aparentemente reformadas, o banheiro demonstrava falta de cuidado. Os móveis estavam velhos, descascados e desgastados, com manchas nas paredes e nos travesseiros. A reserva era para duas pessoas, mas havia apenas uma toalha de banho e uma de rosto. Além disso, durante dias frios em São Paulo, o hotel disponibilizou apenas uma manta pequena, insuficiente para duas pessoas. Tivemos que solicitar outra manta e, ainda assim, o conforto foi inadequado. Pelo valor cobrado, a relação custo-benefício foi muito ruim. A impressão é de um hotel que iniciou algumas reformas, mas deixou grande parte da estrutura sem os cuidados necessários. Infelizmente, não tivemos uma boa experiência e não recomendamos a hospedagem nas condições atuais.
