Perfect Location, Terrible Hotel

The best thing about staying at this hotel is checking out of it. Despite the privileged location, at the heart of the popular business neighborhood, this hotel lacks maintenance and better conservation (rooms are old and with heavy odor of mold, mattresses are old and uncomfortable). It wouldn't hurt if the staff used a little more friendliness with the guests. They don't seem to genuinely care about our needs and requests.

Não gostei do check in, quando cheguei fui avisado que seria a partir das 14:00, me sentei em frente o balcão da recepção e aguardei até as 13:20, quando já estava cansado der hóspedes que chegaram para check in a partir do meio dia e todos entraram sem nenhum problema, percebi que apenas eu tinha que aguardar até as 14:00. O recepcionista falava com todos os hóspedes: em caráter excepcional seu check in está liberado antes das 14:00, exceto o meu.

O hotel fica em uma localização estratégica para rodar na região central imbatível. Perto da 25 de Março, Santa Efigênia pra compra eletrônicos e ferramentas, da Liberdade, do Brás e com facilidade Uber você está perto do Jardins e outras regiões nobres . Equipe fantástica, um cafezão top , área muito segura . A única coisa que merece atenção é quanto da qualidade das roupas de cama e banho que não ajudam. Fora isso , muito bom. É o melhor.

Hotel bom mais antigo, boa localização no centro de São Paulo banheiro muito simples não muito suporte para colocar objetos, ( tipo shampoo sabonete etc.) coisa simples né. Uma rapa para chegar no elevador tem escada coisa imples também.

Se você procura por um hotel na região central de que seja estrategicamente próximo área de compras, facilidade de acesso, segura .. e é lotado de PM na porta … esse é IMBATÍVEL. O hotel muito bem localizado, Equipe de colaboradores muito atenciosos, café da manhã muito bom e farto. Mas nem tudo é alegria … fica devendo e MUITO em coisas bobas como roupas de cama, banho, colchão , limpeza das áreas comuns caiu muito … é uma construção antiga e fica o desafio … mas isso não impede de você ter uma boa toalha e um bom colchão para descansar depois de um dia cansativo … já fiz comentários anteriores nesse sentido. Precisam urgentemente olhar e mudar isso . É isso .. localização ótima , pessoal muito atencioso, mas a estrutura do quarto fica devendo MUITO

Cafe da manhã dentro do esperado para um hotel, com várias opções! Wifi muito bom, pegando em bom sinal em todo o hotel. Chuveiro muito bom, limpeza diárias ok. Localização boa, central e perto de tudo! Unico detalhe em negativo foi que não foi permitido parcelamento das diarias no cartão de crédito no ato do checkin, onde a maioria dos hoteis permitem em pelo menos 3x. Poderiam melhorar isso e liberar o parcelamento disso!

Fico nesse hotel faz mais de 8 anos, porém eles precisam fazer manutenção nos quartos, onde fiquei mesmo a mesa estava quebrada, o quarta sujo e com cheiro de morfo. A cama muito antiga e os travesseiros de péssima qualidade, as toalhas estão muito desgastada, lençol de cama da mesma forma. A limpeza de quarta horrível, tive que reclamar pq as camareiras não limpam direito. Pagar hotel só para dormir e quando chega tudo sujo. Tive q reclamar, a mesa quebrada eles não trocaram. Eu saiu pela manhã e só chego no final da tarde início da noite só para tomar banho, jantar e dormir. E tem mais mesmo tendo quarto eles não deixa entrar no quarto, só pode as 14:00, só que agora eles tem que deixar 12 por 12. A diária é 24hs não está funcionando. Enfim o hotel é muito bem localizado porém só precisa mais de fiscalização na parte de limpeza .
