Location is great. Staff were great! It is an Apart hotel, had no silverware, no glasses, no microwave, no plate. The shampoo was a very small shampoo for the day for 1 person. Towels were very used and hard( even though it was clean) . A bit expensive for what is offered. The positive is: safe location, close to the mall .

When we got to room, we noticed couch had a broken leg on it, then when we went to bathroom the handle would fall off on door, the toilet got stuck multiple times and the water kept running on it. The water wouldn’t go down when someone used toilet and it overflowed. The internet cut off every couple of minutes, the beds were hard to sleep on. Very noisy all day with traffic. The breakfast was very good and the housekeeping was great too. The employees were outstanding.

This hotel is located in central Mogi. Was clean and tidy. Staff spoke English. They serve a good breakfast. For lunch they recommended a decent restaurant 5 min walk away which was very popular. It accepted credit cards. Uber also works well in Brazil.

Ótima opção

As instalações são honestas, a localização é muito próxima do shopping, os funcionários são prestativos e o café da manhã é um maravilhoso. Suco de laranja da fruta, espremido na hora, pães saborosos, bolos deliciosos. É a segunda vez que fico e recomendo.

Boa localização e pessoal cordial. Limpeza ok. O apartamento deixou a desejar. Não havia nenhum utensílio de cozinha, exceto dois copos dentro do frigobar, que estava vazio. A maçaneta da porta de entrada quebrada e a torneira da pia do banheiro em petição de miséria, espalhando agua pra todo lado. Pelo preço da diária esperávamos muito mais.

Ar condicionado velho, mobilia razoável, precisa dar uma renovada nota que é antigo. Cafe da manha bom, porem não tinha na recepcao nenhum salgadinho, chocolate, só tinha agua se cerveja.

Quarto amplo, mas não tem nem agua no frigobar, a maçaneta da porta estragou, quase cai dentro do Box, muito escorregadio, não tem shampoo, não tem serviço de quarto, bem ruinzinho mesmo

Foi ótima experiência, quartos muito confortaveis e bem limpos, áreas do Hotel muito bem organizados, cafe da manhã muito bem servido, só ocorreu uma coisa que não me agradou muito que foi a água fria da Jacuzzi quando fui utilizar (mesmo sendo ajustado 2x não mudou a temperatura), mas de resto pra mim foi uma escolha de local que não me arrependo de ter reservado!!

Um show de cordialidade ! Desde o primeiro contato via whatsap, expliquei que se tratava da noite de núpcias da minha sobrinha. Foram todos muito cordiais e me ajudaram colocando surpresas aos noivos dentro do quarto, café da manhã entregue no quarto (por uma taxa extra que super valeu a pena). Sensacional ! Além do atendimento é a melhor opção de hospedagem em Mogi das Cruzes e região do Alto Tietê. Parabéns equipe Marsala !

Hotel agradável

Os funcionários são muito prestativos e o café da manhã é excelente. O único ponto negativo foi que eu senti cheiro de cigarro no quarto, porque permitem fumar na sacada e a cortina fica impregnada com o cheiro. Informei na recepção, eles reforçaram a limpeza, mas como o cheiro estava no tecido, não resolveu. No geral achei o hotel ótimo, localização com muitas opções de restaurantes ao redor.

Confortável e funcionando bem

No geral, achei ótimo! Quarto espaçoso, limpo, roupa de cama limpa e cheirosa, colchão muito bom. É um apart hotel, tem toda estrutura para tanto com cozinha, mini geladeira, ante sala. Chuveiro maravilhoso com água bem quente e com pressão! Há pontos de melhoria: poderia colocar espelho de corpo inteiro e pensar em instalação de vidro anti ruído pelo menos nos quartos em razão do barulho da avenida. E nesse aspecto, a localização é excelente! Eu voltaria sim, o atendimento dos funcionários foi maravilhoso!
