โNous avons eu un super accueil avec un thรฉ chaud. Nous sommes arrivรฉes avant le Check in et notre chambre รฉtait dรฉjร disponible. Nous avons aussi pu laisser nos bagages toute la journรฉe le lendemain. Personnel trรจs gentil et attentionnรฉ.

โthis hotel room was beautiful and had the perfect mountain view. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. food and coffee were delicious. i got a shampoo/face spa for the first time. the lady was amazing! they also gave advice on when it was a good time to visit. all in all, my 2nd favorite hotel ive gone to in my lifetimeโ
โThis was the best place I stayed in Sapa. I felt really safe and the bed was really comfortable. Eric was super nice I he could help with everything you need and was also available all the time. The only bad thing was is was a bit lound from the hallway, but I will slept very well. If you want something safe, easy and relatively cheap I would definitely book it. โ
