We - a family of 4 - stayed in the Kyoto - JAPANESE Modern room and absolutely loved it. The room is very spacious and full of natural light due to plenty of windows. It even had an accessible balcony with beautiful views to the park. The mattresses were all very comfortable and the duvets were next level fluffy. No-one wanted to get out of bed in the morning. The place including the 2 x toilets and 2 x showers was super clean and so were bed linen and towels. Staff were very polite and helpful. Last but not least, location was perfect for us. Plenty of eateries around and the shopping district in walking distance, or if you feel lazy, one subway stop away. Thanks for having us, we'll be back.

Unique Boutique Hotel

Location just 400m walking distance from Tozai Line, Nishi Juichome station which is 1 station away from Odori Station. We are family of 5, sharing 1 room consist of 9 ppls beds, so it's big for us. Room is clean, very unique room with high ceiling, 1 shower room and 2 toilets. There are lawson and 7-11 nearby, MOS burger also just opposite the hotel. We like the hotel very much, will go back if have chance in future.

Room had 8 bunk beds and more than enough beds for 6 people. With a lot of guests can feel like a dorm room. Two toilets and two showers were available. Washer available in room and costs 200 yen to use. A dryer is available in hotel but it was full of lint. We used a coin laundry place around the corner to dry clothes. Very quiet neighborhood a bit away from the city center.

Best place to stay in Sapporo for families

The Villa Koshido Odori was honestly one of the best hotels that I've been in while in Japan. This was our first time to Sapporo and I'm so glad we chose this hotel. It's a 7 minute walk to a the Tozai Line train station. There were 6 of us in our group and we stayed for 4 nights. The room did not disappoint, it was huge! It had 2 toilets, 2 sinks, 2 showers (one is a tub combo), mini kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave. As for beds (sorry no pictures of the beds) there were 4 bunk beds with 4 single beds and 6 double beds, and they were comfortable! There were also 2 split air conditioners for our comfort. It was so comfortable, it was ridiculous! I can't recommend The Villa Koshido Odori enough and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip back to Sapporo.

Excellent! Huge room, clean and with everything that was needed for a 5 night stay. Really convenient parking behind the building (limited spaces so pre-booking is essential). Would definitely stay again.

Big apartment with full facilities - clean and modern design. However, need to insert coins to do laundry in the apartment. And the remote control in apartment cannot change language in the TV apps like YouTube etc - technical issue of the TV.

北海道マラソンに参加するために大人2人、子ども1人で泊まりました。ベッドがあるので、3人ではもったいなかったな。次は大勢で泊まりたいです。トイレも2つあるし、使いやすい台所で食器も充分揃っています。スタート地点に近いので、7時30分にホテルを出ても間に合いました。
