The view from the rooms overlooking Saranda is breathtaking and the pool area is also quite different and enjoyable,the staff were very friendly and helpful.I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely use this hotel again

The room had an excellent view to the ocean. The property has been recently renovated in parts and was impressively clean (not only room but also the surroundings). The pool was full at of May, and we really enjoyed it! I definitely recomend it. Value for money!

Amazing (friendly, helpful & attentive) staff and great value for money. A bit of a walk up the hill from the town but compensated for by stunning views over the bay. The swimming pool is a definite plus.

Overall we had a good stay and the staff was nice but the main reason we booked the hotel was for the pool. But the pool was drained and it didnt have a view (which i thought it would have). The rooms are also quite aged but i believe they may be renovating at the moment. Overall could have been a lot worse but definitely could have been better.

Das Zimmer war nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Duschkopf und Abfluss/Waschbecken waren defekt. Der Fahrstuhl hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch. Hotelkomplex machte insgesamt einen etwas keimigen Eindruck.

Fin utsikt och fint poolområde men finns inte många solstolar. Promenaden upp från stranden/bargatan var inte rolig, väldigt brant och tufft att gå i värmen. Sängarna var obekväma och det var väldigt lyhört så det var svårt att sova bra. Vi hade både silverfisk och tveskärtar i vårt rum. Tyvärr en stor besvikelse.

Slitet hotell, vårt badrum stank avlopp och massa myror på golv och köksbänk. Handdukarna är troligtvis sådana som andra gäster glömt kvar. Det är en väldigt brant backe för att ta sig mellan stan och hotellet, jobbigt om man reser med barn/barnvagn.

C’était bien, belle vue mais faites attention ils mettent des chambre a 30€ sur booking la fin de la journée et en arrivant a l’hôtel ils vont vous dire 55€ et que c’était juste une erreur alors que c’est une arnaque pour ramener des clients jusqu’à l’hôtel ou ils seront obligés de payer plus car l’hotel se situe en heuteur et personne ne veut se retaper le chemin pour chercher ailleurs faites attention !

Perfect for your stay in Sarande

Alt var godt, og det var meget ligetil. Hotellet er perfekt placeret - væk fra larmen, men stadig centralt. Alt er i nærheden, både supermarkeder, fitness, udlejning af biler og spise steder til både morgen og aften. Også er det til en virkelig rimelig pris. Ps. Fed pool.

Personalet var søde og det var dejligt med pool og de laver gode drinks i loungen. Dog var hotellet i ældre stand end de viser på billederne.. det var gammelt og ikke så pænt. Jeg klagede til hotellet over at det ikke er det de viser på deres billeder. Fik tilbudt et opgraderet værelse men selvf. hvis jeg betalte ekstra. Dette var skuffende da jeg havde forventet et mere “eksklusivt ophold” hvilket det ikke blev til. Måtte heller ikke tjekke ud før tid og få refunderet pengene for de dage jeg ikke ville være der. (Ville finde et andet hotel) Der står gratis parkering men parkeringspladsen er så lille at man skal ud og rykke sin bil hvis de andre gæster skal ud. (Blev vækket en morgen pga skulle flytte bilen) Wifi er meget dårligt.. tit kunne man slet ikke bruge det. Det virkede kun godt nede ved poolen men ikke på værelset. Morgenmaden var ikke god. Det virkede som meget “budget morgenmad” dvs frugter fra dagen før, kage osv som jeg ikke synes var en ordenlig morgenmad at få. Hvis man kom 30-60 min før morgenmad sluttede var der næsten ikke mere tilbage.. Som sagt var personalet søde. Men alt i alt var det et skuffende ophold og ærger mig over at min ene uges ferie i Albanien gik med at være på det hotel som ikke passede med beskrivelsen af det. Fik dog rabatkupon fra hotels.com på 60 euro pga min klage. (Denne virkede dog bare ikke da jeg ville booke næste ophold selvf) Ville ikke anbefale det.

Vue splendide, bien placé, confortable

Un hôtel de charme avec une vue magnifique sur la ville et sur la mer. Notre chambre était spacieuse, confortable, avec tous les équipements. Les piscines sont top, et idéales pour les enfants et la famille pour profiter. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et nous avons même ajouté une nuit en plus en cours de séjour... Bémol, le parking. Un premier qui ne permet de garer que trois ou quatre voitures, et qui oblige à rester joignable pour bouger sa voiture si elle gêne. Ou bien un autre parking de 4 places avec une cote à grimper qui met à mal les automobiles...
