Staff was very friendly. The property is definitely older, which was a bit surprising at first, but our balcony room ended up being very enjoyable. We played music all night and, since it’s an older property, the walls were surprisingly soundproof. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

Across the street from a supermarket and walking distance to a art museum and a few fast food options, short drive to downtown and the beaches; Everything else leaves much to be desired. Publix was across the street which made getting drinks and food without ubering it and a Taco Bell next door for those drunk munchies. Rooms were a little run down and bathroom small but you get what you pay for. Overall, it’s a place to sleep because we were out for the whole day and night.

The highlight was the friendly staff and pool area. Dont have high expectations for the price but the exterior of the building is better than the very very old and in places dirty interior of halls and rooms. The hotel is across from Publix which I used after checking in and before leaving. I was working a craft festival so I look for budget friendly. I would pay a little more next time to get a more updated hotel. The hotel was clean as it can be for being dated and worn. Felt safe, bed was clean so it worked for me.

The hotel is in need of renovations. The room was fine. The location was in a convenient location. I’m noticing that so many hotels are price gouging that why we chose this hotel because it was not too overpriced.

Reasonable motel for the price.

Rooms on ground floor are tiled, while second floor are carpeted. Carpeted rooms all have a nasty smell. Room size good. Clean toilet. Reasonable breakfast. Nice host. For the price, this is a reasonable motel.

Other than the lady in the front desk, it was very rude at first, but she had to warm up to me. The bathrooms are all clean very well however the rooms are dated, and the floors are tile which proves an issue when moving around, barefoot

I've stayed at this motel a few times over the years. It is old and has not been updated in a long time, but the family that owns it is friendly, and the service is good. The price is very competitive for something close to downtown and the beach. The bedding and pillows aren't great, the towels are atrocious, and there is only bar soap in the badly outdated bathrooms, but the bed was comfortable and the shower worked. If you're just looking for a reasonably priced place to crash for one night, it's not terrible.

Check in was great, i chose that hotel for the price and only 10 minutes from siest key beach. The room was clean but smelled weird and odd. Wife and i couldn't place what it was. It wasn't pleasant but wasn't horrible either. The breakfast was very um different. Lil boxs of cereal. A mini fridge with a gallon of milk and gallon of o.j. eggis and bread in baggies. But what really was a turnoff was contractors doing roofing work on a Sunday morning and before 8am. Was not pleased with that.

The check in to the hotel was good and you have to put down a $50 deposit for the room. When you check out they will check your room to make sure everything is intact then you get your $50 back inside of the room was clean beds were comfortable the hotel is a little dated, but it was comfortable enough for one night Publix was across the street Taco Bell was on the property bed was comfortable

Check In and Out ladies were very nice. Room was very old, our dated and by this I mean, the bathroom tub was painted over many times and the paint peeling off, caulking was gross and peeling, Heat didn’t work and it was 30 degrees outside. Room was hodge podge put together holes in walls poorly “fixed”

Rooms had a musty smell when we first checked in. We had the chamber maids spray room with air fresheners and then we had to open the windows to let fresh air into room. For several hours before we came back to the hotel. Smell seemed to dissipate. Quiet neighborhood!
