The location is downtown Sarasota, just half a mile away from the Ringling Causeway taking you over to Lido Keys St Armands Circle and Longboat Key. Perfect location! The staff was extremely polite and professional very helpful and all my requests were taken care of immediately! Highly recommended!

Mold smelling hallways. Mold smelling rooms. Smoke smelling room even though listed as no smoking. Construction materials in hallway. Comforter was stained and wet. Wallls were damaged and dirty, with liquid staining across walls and black marks. Windows were filthy and mold ridden. Staff was pleasant at first but when I requested a refund after seeing room she was disbelieving of my comments. Pictures on your site definitely were not this room. Felt lied to and betrayed. Not sure of your vetting process but I question your integrity.

Hotel is old, needs renovation, but great location and hot water available in the shower which is a plus for me. We just stayed one night cause we were just passing by, good price and the bed was comfortable. It will be much better if it was renovated a bit. Besides that everything was great. Breakfast available.

The staff were courteous and helpful. Nisha was the manager, she was nice. The place is low budget but perfectly fine. Room was clean, mattress was decent, firm. Complimentary breakfast was no frills but acceptable: cereal, oatmeal, frozen waffles...

Staff was very friendly. The property is definitely older, which was a bit surprising at first, but our balcony room ended up being very enjoyable. We played music all night and, since it’s an older property, the walls were surprisingly soundproof. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

On the plus side: The hotel in centrally located. It is very close to downtown as well as many shops and restaurants. There is a free breakfast that was good. On the negative side: The hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. The rooms were clean . But the furniture is very dated. Also, there was a fishy sort of odor in the room. I went across to Publix and bought a room deodorizer to help offset the smell. It is fine for a short stay. But, it could be improved.

The location of this property is excellent. Across the street from a supermarket and walking distance to a art museum and a few fast food options, short drive to downtown and the beaches; Everything else leaves much to be desired. The property could use an update and remodel, basically good for a night or 2

Owner was very nice. Room and hotel is need of a remodel. Room floor looked fairly new and bed was firm with clean sheets. The bottom of the bathroom door coming off and the tub and tile needed work. I did find a dead cockroach in the room but did not see any others during my stay. The TV remote was covered in a black sticky substance. I put it in a sandwich bag before I used it. The breakfast offered the basics, but the only hot food was toast and frozen waffles you out in a toaster. Basically, the hotel is old and needs renovated.

Publix was across the street which made getting drinks and food without ubering it and a Taco Bell next door for those drunk munchies. Rooms were a little run down and bathroom small but you get what you pay for. Overall, it’s a place to sleep because we were out for the whole day and night.

The highlight was the friendly staff and pool area. Dont have high expectations for the price but the exterior of the building is better than the very very old and in places dirty interior of halls and rooms. Bathroom door had dirty hand marks on inside so cleaning questionable….beds were clean and comfortable though…

The hotel is in need of renovations. The room was fine. The location was in a convenient location. I’m noticing that so many hotels are price gouging that why we chose this hotel because it was not too overpriced.

The hotel is across from Publix which I used after checking in and before leaving. I was working a craft festival so I look for budget friendly. I would pay a little more next time to get a more updated hotel. The hotel was clean as it can be for being dated and worn. Felt safe, bed was clean so it worked for me.

Reasonable motel for the price.

Rooms on ground floor are tiled, while second floor are carpeted. Carpeted rooms all have a nasty smell. Room size good. Clean toilet. Reasonable breakfast. Nice host. For the price, this is a reasonable motel.
