The staff was very welcoming and positive when my large family (5 adults and 6 children) arrived. We were checked in quickly. We needed a playpen and the staff brought it up to our room less than 10 minutes after we arrived. Our rooms were clean and quiet. My grandchildren loved their stay! I highly recommend this hotel. We will be back for sure.

Check in was a hassle. Room was booked for an employee. Although we gave credit card information through Expedia, our employee was not allowed to check in. I had to fill out a credit authorization deposit form through the hotel before he could check in. This was an unnecessary hassle and this form should have been included at the time of booking through Expedia. If I was unavailable at the time, my employee would have not had a place to stay the night and we would have still be charged for the room. This process needs to be streamlined better to include ALL forms necessary to check in.
