"We had a great stay here. The breakfast was excellent. Check in was easy once we figured out which room we were in. Overall great"

"Excellent location and host."

"The owner of the property was an absolute delight to talk to! The breakfast she personally put together was done very well and was very fresh! We enjoyed the history of her property and her husband with their collection of antique items on property. The history of their business was very interesting to listen to. The room was comfortable and well appointed as well and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in."

" Great stay around nature, best breakfast in Italy. Owners and staff gave an outstanding service"

"Lovely spot, very friendly and helpful hosts, can recommend."

"Very good and quiet place to stay. Located near the center and to the main shops area. Not so far from town entrance/exit. Personnel always kind and available for any info. "

"We arrived quite late and it was a little difficult to find in the dark, but our hosts were able to come out to meet us at the gate. The hosts were amazing! We arrived as guests and left after 4 nights feeling like family. They are wonderful. The breakfast was home made with more variety than we could wish for. Best breakfast we have had in Italy! If you are wanting to stay in the Modena area, this is a great place to call home for a few days. Hosts are 11/10!"

"Nice place with awesome staff. It’s a bit far from the city center"

"Room was clean and very comfortable. Easy check in with host . We had the room located at the very top which was difficult to carry up heavy luggage . The room was very quiet despite bar crowd below ."

"Great clean room, close to the airport, hosts were fast to respond and very helpful!"

"The room was very nice, the family run B&B was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again."

"I had such a lovely and unique stay! Bruno was a very warm and friendly host, and the property itself was absolutely wonderful. I’m really glad I stayed here rather than a hotel or hostel. The coziness of the B&B made me feel like I was at my Nonna’s or something :) "

"The most wonderful property and beautiful scenery of all our trip to Emilia Romana. Francesca and her husband GianMarco and family, owners and hosts of Villa Messori, know how to feel guests at home. We won’t hesitate to stay there again in the future."
