"I am mainly writing a good review due to the staff. Due to the typhoon we had potential luggage shipping delays, which one staff warned us about. She was patient as I'm waffling about attempting to ship to the airport vs our next hotel, and even calls the shipping company to get us more information. While we couldn't accomplish what we wanted to do we do appreciate her efforts as she went above and beyond in dealing with us. Also the hotel was right next to the trains station so that was incredibly convenient. For any management, she was a young lady with longer ping fingernails with a variety of designs. One of which was a 3 digit number starting with a 7."

"Great hotel in a good location. Staff are very courteous and helpful. The Onsen/public bath is excellent, with and indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. Would have liked a cold plunge, but the steam room made up for it. Canal City shopping across the street with a fun nightly fountain show, and a few solid bakeries right next door."
