Check in was quick. Got the king hot tub room. Lots of pillows which was great. Tub worked but took a couple tries to get enough hot water to run it. Hotel very run down looking on inside… exterior doors were never locked at night.

I had a really great stay overall at the Comfort Inn in Sault Ste. Marie. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The pool area does show some wear and tear, and the jacuzzi tub had a front panel that looked a bit offset or caved in, which stood out. However, those were minor issues compared to the overall experience. Aside from that, everything was wonderful and I would absolutely stay here again.
