Average side-of-the-highway motel. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean and soft. A/C unit worked but was extremely loud and rattled. Standard bathroom/amenities and staff was friendly enough. The lobby and breakfast were both closed during our stay so we just checked in and out through the entryway. We picked Richmond Hill because we are familiar with the area and it is a nice area with shopping and dining.

This is a very comfortable, clean place to stay! Very close to the highway and food venues. Property was well taken care of! Very reasonable pricing per night.

I felt that the bedding was clean. There was no smell in the room like the hotel I am at now. The air conditioning worked well. There were some handprints on the headboard and the wall by the sink was not clean

The property is off by itself but it was perfect for a quick stopover. The room itself was clean but we did have a stain on a sheet and a hair on another. As a person with long hair and kids I get it. It was obvious to me that the things had been washed. Breakfast was a cool mix of make your own pancakes

Ok for an overnight stay

Checking in was easy, room was simple but clean, there was a hole in the wall from what looked like a previous electrical outlet and the bed was a little hard for my preference so not much sleep.

The service was very good and the staff was accommodating. The room was what you would expect for the price point. The motel is no longer serving breakfast as advertised. There is an area behind the property where old mattress's ,and bathroom cabinets have been dumped. If you need an affordable room for a few days this is a ok option.

Friendly staff overall. Just didnt like the policy of not being able to get a room key because it stopped working after 10pm working in aviation sometimes i wont get off until afterwards and so on. A few nights didnt even use room and just stayed at someone else place just to keep the peace with the office staff. But over all clean and spacious room

The room was clean and comfortable and no items needed improvement at this time. The check in clerk was the worst person we had to deal with during our stay. Our request for a first floor room was not granted until I made it clear that we would be reporting the issue to Hotels.com.

The property I believe is in a good location in Richmond Hill, GA and it is not in the city itself, which is good, but in an area right at the on ramp to I 95 with other businesses you would expect. There are no neighborhoods in this area so you do not see people aimlessly wandering around and next door is another well kept hotel. There are no night clubs or bars where people would group at so I did not see people intoxicated causing problems. It is a very calm area. The only thing I did not like is that they did not clean the room everyday but every other day so I had to take my trash out and put it in one of the trash cans outside but outside of that my stay at this place was a good one and I plan to use this place when I come back in the future.
