"Great location on eat street for Japanese food. We got an upgrade as the booked room was unavailable as it seemed it was a very busy Saturday night in Düsseldorf. Easy walk to the old town and Rhine, really enjoyed the hotel."

"We arrived a bit early, but we were welcomed and had our rooms well before check in. The hotel is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this hôtel as it’s centrally located. "

Unfortunately my room was not ready for check in at the appropriate time and I felt some areas of the hotel could’ve been kept cleaner such aa the indoor pool area and breakfast was a little underwhelming. Overall a good stay for the price, though I’d recommend venturing out for breakfast. "

"excellent hotel less than 10 minute walk from dusseldorf Hbf station decent size room nice big bed powerful shower good wifi hotel is in quiet area all the staff were very good but i would like to give Vanessa @ reception a special mention as she was extremely professional in solving a couple of minor issues "

"Lovely team, but the room upgrade didn’t work well for us, it was far too noisy and needed new carpet and few touchups in the bathroom.. just to combat the mould and the toilet stains and wobbly seat. TV missing from the seating area and too many furnitures cluttered there, so no room to walk.Otherwise the team was lovely, but wouldn’t stay in this room again for €240 extra on the top of our booked room."
