As for the amenities, the pool was not very inviting—it looked like the flooring had old moss, which made it unappealing to use. Regarding the service, I understand it was a weekend and requests may take longer. However, we stayed for two nights, and before heading out, I requested that the bed be made and the towels be replaced, but this was never done.”

The microwave was full of food, fridge had food smears through it, the bathroom had hair everywhere...not just one hair, but it was all over the floor, in the tub, in the drain, on the walls, on the faucet...the drain closure piece didn't fit and was just laying in there. “We chose this hotel for the swimming pool. Was a terrible choice as the pool was so freezing my kids didn't want to be in it. The hot tub barely warm at all as well. Was extremely disappointed in having to pay nearly $200 for one night and be able to enjoy a pool.”

“Jacob and Richard and Ed were the only staff that were friendly and courteous. Our check-in was horrific. Upon checking in we were told that one of our rooms was not available as housekeeping left without cleaning it, it was 3:30pn. We called the day before to inquire about pool and hot tub as there were issues in past. We were assured they were operating. Hot tub was broken entire stay and pool was open for a half day only then closed sign was put up. We were told we would be contacted...

“Room was gross. Dated and patched over damage everywhere. Stained bedding. Visibly dirty walls. Cigarette burn in duvet. Floor not swept and sticky. Worst of all incredibly noisy foot traffic above our room. Started at 4 am and went steady until 8 am. Brutal. Absolutely awful. Recommend to stay anywhere else. ”
