"지금 건물 전체의 2/3 정도를 리모델링 중인거 같은데, 손님 동선과 구분하지 않고 바닥, 엘리베이터, 계단 등은 공사 흔적과 먼지 등으로 엉망입니다. 방으로 들어온 이후 방 상태는 좋았지만 체크인 이후 무거운 캐리어를 끌고 2층까지 가는 과정은 정확히 terrible. 1박 이후 나머지는 환불 요청을 하는 과정에 통화도 너무 길었고 힘들었으나 도와주려는 상담원의 공감과 노력 덕분에 그나마 화를 누그려트릴 수 있었어요. 공사가 끝나기 전까진 비추입니다. "

"We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, which made our trip to Boston even more special. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from many major attractions, and only about 10 minutes from Back Bay Station. We walked everywhere during our stay! The hotel has a café and a Mexican restaurant on the first floor, as well as a bar in the basement. Convenience stores and Whole Foods Market are nearby, which made it easy for us to grab fruits and snacks. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was seamless and efficient — we appreciated being able to reach them easily via text, and any requests we had were addressed promptly and thoughtfully. Our room had a shared bathroom, but we were very impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. Towels were provided generously, and the shared bathroom and shower facilities were spotless. The bedding was also clean and very comfortable. There’s even a microwave available in the basement, which was a nice bonus. Thanks to this hotel, our Boston trip was elevated to a whole new level. It was truly the perfect place for our family, and if we ever return to Boston, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We are deeply grateful for the warmth and dedication of the staff — thank you for making our stay so memorable."

"대중교통 이용하기 좋은 위치에 있어서 편리했어요. 그리고 1층에 스타마켓, 스타벅스 있어서 좋았습니다. 룸이 좁다는 후기가 많은데 좁긴하지만 2명이 사용하기에 불편함은 없었어요.. 침대아래 서랍에 기내용 캐리어가 수납되고 세면대가 밖으로 나와있어서 저는 더 편했어요.. 하지만 TD Garden에 경기 있는 날은 늦은 시간까지 소음이 나서 그건 좀 별로였어요. 전체적으로 만족하고 재방문 의사 있습니다!"
