โTo be honest everything on the property is great. Service was unmatched, room was very clean, and the front desk did an exceptional job to make sure everything was to my wife and I liking. The only back draw is the elevators. The hotel is huge, they have 4 elevators there but only two are working, which made no sense to me, especially with it being Labor Day weekend, the entire hotel was booked and the wait for the elevators was sometimes up to 5mins. Near has a big shopping mall(Woodfield) with 4 department store.
Also, much of shoppoing place, and close to the O'hare Airport.
Much of Glof places are located wihin 20 minute drive distance.
Do not spend the time for finding the breakfirst restaurent, but you can prepare on your own.
