We arrived earlier than expected and they were nice enough to let us use the pool and check us in early. The room was clean and the free breakfast in the morning was amazing! They even had carnitas, homemade chia pudding, and a bunch of other stuff on it. Pool is small but still good enough for the kids!

Customer ser ice was very excellent. As we were checking in, my huband was having ballance issues and they anticipated my needs and changed me to a lower level without me having to ask. The room was spacious and clean. Very nice pool and grilling area as well.

Very friendly staff. Great for families and for long term stay this is perfect. Rooms/buildings around the main lobby/building . Not connected via indoor walkways so walking outside for breakfast and lobby services is a must. We stayed five nights and loved our experience here!!

Excellent stay. Very good continental breakfast. Convenient location. Greatsuites. Called to ask about crib and it was in the room upon arrival. Nice staff, only issue was pool was locked and they couldnt find key but its start of summer so we were probably some of the first that wanted to swim this year.

Comfortable stay for family

Good, comfortable rooms with nice breakfast and the necessary amenities. Friendly staff! The hotel is laid out more like an apartment complex, which is different but actually kind of nice. Convenient to Woodfield Mall and other Schaumburg locations.

The fireplace suite we stayed is was awesome. The only reason I gave it a good rating and not excellent was the bed was super uncomfortable. Very hard, and the couch that folded into a bed was a VERY HARD futon. Other than that the place was amazing.
