"This particular hotel felt a bit newer than others of this type. For instance, although it did not seem any larger than other extended, stay hotels, it had the benefit of having two adjacent elevators. This may sound like a no-brainer, but I have been to many fully booked extended stay hotels with only one small elevator and it’s a nightmare. Not just for your typical ingress and egress out of the hotel, guests are constantly checking in and out with typically an elevator full of belongings. It’s very frustrating when hotels only have one elevator, particularly for those of us who are a bit older with mobility issues. I found the staff to be extremely responsive. A few days into my stay my refrigerator died. Just a few minutes later, maintenance appeared at my door and within just a few minutes my refrigerator was replaced. I found my fellow guests to be quiet and respectful. The laundry room was large and modern with working machines and provided an online option to pay for laundry using the funding source of your choice. I particularly found the staff to be extremely helpful. As a business traveler was also self-employed working on a project of an indeterminant length, they were extremely accommodating and helping me extend my stay when necessary and provided suggestions that helped me maximize savings. I found their guest service to be top-notch."
