"I didn't have a pet with me but I saw other customers that did. They do welcome pets. The breakfast was good! 2 types of bread, ham, Swiss cheese, orange juice, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, assorted condiments, and excellent espresso, coffee, or cappuccino. The only constructive criticism I offer is I wish there was an in room Keurig or kettle for evening herbal tea. Also a vending machine in the lobby would be nice for late night snacks. "When we were there (June 2025) reception opened at 1600 and was off-site. You had to phone a number to get a key safe code to obtain your room key. When phoning, you hear a recorded message in German. Sadly, we could not understand the message so had to rely on the restaurant staff (who were on site) to help us connect to reception. German speakers would have no problem but non-Germans may have a problem. Another issue we had is that the hotel states it has an EV charging point - it does...

"Staff ( especially Sara) were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was easy to get to and had plenty of parking on site. Short walk to riverfront restaurants and a nice walk to all of the historic sites. Absolutely fabulous breakfast and a modern/ clean facility. We give this hotel an 11 out of 10 - it was WONDERFUL"
