“I am a foreigner. I arrived at Trier train station and tried to catch a taxi. But no taxi can be found. Uber is not working. So I had to walk about 30 minutes with a heavy luggage. When I arrived I asked the reception. The receptionist replied that I could use Google and call a taxi. But I don't speak German. I arrived the room but no water. “Good location - about 15 mins from town centre, roman sites closer. Hotel is very accessible if you have a car, but note limited parking. Very nice friendly staff. Good views across river. Lovely riverfront dining area. Continual free coffee and tea, and areas to work/congregate.”

“I still don’t know why this hotel came out when I was searching for the hotels in Luxembourg. But it was nice choice to staying in this hotel. It was not far away from Luxembourg, maybe 30mins away. The hotel’s room was clean and neat, staffs were kind and nice. The breakfast was fine. Couldn’t look around the hotel area but dinner at the burger place around corner was really good. “This was a lovely hotel in an area that we wanted to explore. The service, room and restaurant were all fantastic. The breakfast was nice. We enjoyed being able to go outside and walk along the Rhine, and enjoy the view of the Chateau, vineyards and area. Parking was very easy and safe. Only complaint is that some of the switches were hard to figure out, esp in the bathroom… maybe when the staff shows you the room, make sure to inquire! ”

“독일에서의 특별한 전원 생활. 훌륭한 레스토랑이 있는데 저녁을 먹고 간 것이 아쉬웠어요! 일요일에는 조식 시간이 9-12시로 넉넉하니 참고하세요 ㅎㅎ 주인분도 정말 친절하고 영어를 잘 하셔서 커뮤니케이션에 전혀 문제가 없었습니다. 딱 한가지 아쉬운 점은 겨울에는 방이 조금 춥습니다. 그 외에는 너무너무 좋았어요 추천합니다!!”

“Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen. Die Lage mitten im Wald ist ruhig und schön, perfekt für eine entspannte Auszeit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich, und das Personal war freundlich. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei und es war sehr hundefreundlich. “Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir einen perfekten Aufenthalt, wir hatten die XL suite, die wir nur weiterempfehlen können. Das einzige Problem waren die Parkplätze, welche alle besetzt waren und auch kein freier in der Umgebung zu finden war.”
