"This hotel is definitely not recommended due to poor maintenance and poor management. The check-in process was fine; however, I had to leave immediately after entering the room due to several issues. The room was not clean—the sofa was dirty and stained, and the bathtub was also dirty. One of the lights was not working, and the door did not open properly. In addition, the room had a strong smell of smoke. Because of these conditions, I was unable to stay and had to book another hotel for the night. This was very inconvenient and disappointing. The hotel denied any refunds for my 6 nights stay."

"We had a deluxe 2 queen bed room with two recliners. The cleanliness of the room was satisfactory. Check in was smooth. Parking was plentiful and the area very safe. This was the 2nd time we've stayed here and both times the hallway noise was distracting. I noticed that the door to our room had at least an inch and a half space at the bottom of the door. The hallway/foyer is huge and it echoes and any noise would be loud in our room while we were falling asleep. And I really feel that people in the hallway or going bye could hear what's going on inside our room. And alot of times a couple wants privacy and intimacy without the world hearing it. Just an FYI. Throw a couple of pillows on the floor against the door. I just don't understand why they cut the door's that short. Very annoying 😒 "
