“Lovely hotel. Friendly staff, lovely room with quality touches, fantastic fresh breakfast, great location.”

“Firstly the staff were very attentive. At the start when checking in the guy behind the desk asked what we were up to for the day so he could further assist. Really friendly service that a lot of places don't consider these days. The room was clean with a lovely note from the service staff. The room was also a lot bigger than expected and nicely decorated. After going out for some dinner, my wife and I came back for a drink in the bar and they had Damm Lemon!! DAMM LEMON!!! Unreal to have such a...

“I booked this hotel as it is the only one in the area with a pool, however when I arrived I was told the pool was closed. This was very disappointing as I was not told at the time of booking and the room was non refundable. The rooms are very dated with small beds and limited amenities.”

“Very friendly staff, evening meal and breakfast done to a high quality. Everything you need in the rooms including hairdryer”

“The staff were super friendly and very helpful from start to finish. The room was fun and quirky and had everything we needed. Teas, coffee, water, prosecco etc. We stayed in the Love Nest and would highly recommend. Fantastic value for what you get. It had a huge bathtub, a log burning fire, a rooftop patio to relax on, and a huge bed. Recommend booking for dinner when you make your booking as it books up very fast. Dinner and breakfast were both fantastic. They also do a 70p artic roll for...

“It was lovely, clean, and service very good.”

“Fantastic place to stay next door to the Sissinghurst Castle Gardens. Friendly and beautiful. We will definitely return”

“Lovely rooms with streaming in the tv Nespresso coffee always a plus. Usual amenities, good food offer & reasonably priced. Highly recommend, lovely area with a local village store & post office which is great”

“The hotel is a lovely old pub & breakfast is good. Our room was hot & thought needs to be given to improving the fans in the room. There are a couple of free, open 24 hours car parks within a 2-4 minutes walk. It's old so floors are uneven and there are a lot of half steps.”

“It’s always a joy to stay at The Queens. It’s comfortable, clean, has the most excellent and generous menu, but it’s their team that are the real gems in their crown.”

“Lovely rural location, a couple of miles from a small village with nice restaurants and shops. Close to Bewl Water.”

“Charming pub in a very good location in Tenterden high street - excellent if visiting Chapeldown or the Kent and Sussex Railway. Our room was very spacious and the bed was super comfy. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was good. and a secure car park is included with the stay. Would highly recommend”
