"Comfort inn & suites was very clean the breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. Most of all the staff was awesome. I would recommend anyone especially for the price."

"Room had mold. Sheets were dirty. The hotel was fully booked so I couldn’t get a room change and when I spoke about a refund I was told to contact a manager that was not in office until Monday. It was Saturday… checked out early."

"I booked this stay based on the chain name and familiarity and stays primarily in Houston. Upon arriving after an 11 hr drive, the office was closed and we received our keys from a man parked at the entrance of the motel. Flag #1. We go to the room and all the doors look like they have been beaten and heavily dented. Flag #2. Entering the room and putting my purses on the desk, a roach casually walked across it. Flag #3. It was about 1 am at that point and we were too tired to drive around looking for another hotel. The floor sagged going towards the bathroom. The bathroom. Yah. I guess it was clean as possible. Towels have been used past their lifetime. Headboard heavily stained. Flags 4-10. We slept for a few hours promptly at 8 after going to the office to ask for a refund. Denied. "

"There was a roach on the 2nd bed. Nothing seemed to be clean. Mirrors dirty. Walls need a good wipe down and hair dryer looked disgusting. Ac unit nobs did not work properly for heat."

"It was terrible I Had a non smoking room. Yep Of the three pillows two smelled of smoke, the hanging clothes rack was on the floor, the house phone was broke. The noise from the other rooms came though clearly. There were no curtains, just blinds that let in the lights anytime a car pulled into a parking spot. The only thing worthwhile was the water pressure was enough to Enjoy the hot shower. I checked at 1030 pmish, I got up and left by 3am, it would have been better to sleep In My car."

"Bed was nice, all the staff I spoke with were amazing and helpful. I had only one issue with one lady being kinda rude but EVERYONE else was so nice and helpful. Very nice hotel and right by the convention center. I chose to stay embassy suite instead of the host hotel for the free breakfast and very happy with my choice."

"The staff who checked us in were very hospitable- but the key card machine wasn’t working so we didn’t have a key. They had walk us to our room. The breakfast was not good and the morning staff, especially working the breakfast, were rude. The suite was very roomy."

"My TV didn't have a remote and when I asked for one she looked through all the drawers at the front desk and told me someone would bring me one which never happened. There was a used bandaid on the carpet in front of my door and 2 used washcloths hanging on the rod in the bathroom."
