“Our stay at Minnie’s was lovely. We had the room facing the loch and the view was amazing. She served a light breakfast with fresh coffee and tea in the morning with cereals and fresh fruit also available. Although a little out of the way from all the sightseeing, it made for fun traveling across the island on the crazy single lane roads. We ate at the Indian place next door as well as the pizza place across the street. Small adorable little village of Dunvegan”

“Nice, simple, clean room in Benbecula, South Uist. The innkeeper was very welcoming and friendly. There is a nice hotel restaurant a short walk away from the Hebridian Stay. We would stay here again the next time we visit south/north Uist.”

“Brae Lea is far more than one would expect. The location is a short walk to the Ferry Terminal at Lochboisdale - yet driving from the north, you feel as if you’re nestled in the foothills of a mountain (because you are). Rupert is an outstanding host, and he doubles as a 5-Star concierge. He helped us sort travel and touring arrangements as well as made breakfast and suggested dinner options. The Brae Lea accommodations are also top drawer. Clean - efficient - spacious - inviting. Full marks...

“This accommodation is very remote. But really nice. The rooms are large and clean with nice en-suite facilities and the dining room - in an extended sun room - is spacious and comfortable. Very well run by a lovely couple we enjoyed our stay. Take dinner here - it’s very good value and enjoyable.”
