The Hotel was decorated BEAUTIFULLY for Christmas during our stay. The staff was beyond kind, courteous, and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. This is definitely our only place to stay in Gering/Scottsbluff in the future. Everyone should experience such luxury and courtesy in their travels!

Great hotel

This hotel was very clean, all staff was very polite and helpful! Very friendly! Beds were very comfortable! Definitely our new favorite hotel in the Gering/Scotsbluff area!

This hotel is beautifully decorated and it looks very high end furnishings. Especially for Gering. The stay was verfy friendly and helpful. It was a great visit. Comfy bed. I will definitely stay here again.

This is one of our favorite Hotels to stay at. We were there for 5 days for work. Always feels like home, very clean, comfy beds, nice bar area and they have a great staff. A few gambling machines also. I highly recommend staying here if in the srea.

Chic Setting & Excellent Service

The lobby is very chic with lovely sitting areas and a small cocktail bar. Staff was incredible friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and spacious room was extremely clean. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Awesome place to stay

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful. Patio furniture on the deck was missing its cushions but not a big deal at all. We had a great stay. We'll be back im sure.

The place was weird. It presented a classy facade, but it doesn't go all the way. There were a lot of cool amenities in the lobby (poker table, chess, slot machines) and offers a lot to groups, gatherings and whatnots. However for the overnight working traveler that spends 250 nights a year in hotels it was off. I had to get on the floor and struggle to plug my phone in near the bed. The bedside lamps couldn't be turned off from bed, you had to walk to the door to turn off, that' s weird. The place was booked with under a dozen guests and I was placed in an outside perimeter room with a factory or something that started working at 3:30 AM, I thought the heater or something was running but at dawn realized there was a whole operation happening less than a half a football field away from me. They have to know this an issue for room 117 and shouldn't be used unless need be. Also as a smoker the nearest outside door couldn't be entered from the outside, so the walk outside to smoke was a journey through the lobby I got to know all to well. No breakfast, no real problem, but the muffins or whatever were pretty cheap. The coffee was pretty weak and only little packets of half and half, didn't really round out the facade that you're trying to pull off. Get a Nespresso machine and some flavoring or something, not really for me but it would save you're guests from trying to find a coffee shop near you. So not for me, Too bad 4 them I'm staying 18 night in their tiny town

There room was very nice and clean. We had 2 queen beds that were very comfortable and I am very fussy about bed comfort. Staff was very friendly. I would stay there again!
