Bed was dirty with hairs, pillow was stinky, some cookie debris on the table and chairs, sticky gross thing on a glass.
I enjoyed staying in many Holiday inn locations across the states for many years, but I think I will stay away from Holiday inn on my future trips.

โFantastic lovely property would definitely stay again and everybody was amazing. The check-in was seamless. The checkout was seamless. They are more than accommodating. I can honestly say that out of everywhere Iโve traveled and I travel a lot. This by far is probably my number one all around experience.โ
โThe staff is so very friendly and helpful making it is nice time from the moment of check-in. While the queen size room is a bit on the smaller size than I expected, it was very clean, the bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillow options. Breakfast was also tasty and had plenty of healthy options (and some comfort calorie options too). Iโve stayed in a number of the North Scottsdale hotels in similar price ranges and I really enjoyed my stay here. โ
โThe Hideaway was in an excellent location. Everything was great except for living room couch. It was uncomfortable. Otherwise, would highly recommend!โ
โIโm generally satisfied with the hotel. Actually, I reserved a studio for two nights but upgraded to suite room with plenty of space for a couple. Because I stayed here during February, majority of guests of the hotel is seniors from north area like Wisconsin, Chicago. And the hotel provides a lot of activities for them such as drip coffee making. They are not very professional classes but you can still enjoy them. Hotel staffs are kind and I like their swimming pool as well.

โI was a little nervous initially about staying here because I saw some reviews that stated it was confusing to get into the building and to find your room. We didnโt have an issue at all. We were provided clear instructions that made it really easy. The price was great compared to most hotels in the area, and the amenities were fantastic. I would 100 percent stay here again and maybe even move here it was such a great stayโ
