"**ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY HERE!** THIS IS NOT A RESORT, IT IS A MOTEL!! Completely misleading online. A motel is fine, if I close to book one, I booked a ‘Resort’ per their website & Expedia. We came for my son’s Baseball Spring Training, so our main requirements were ice machine, laundry, good shower W lots of towels (was 100+degrees), and outdoor pool * ROOM WAS EGGED* & Nextdoor. Told reception about it, she said our room#, said ‘oh you guys too?! It’s been happening for a month! Ice Machines neither worked. Laundry machines are located outside (weird) only 1 machine worked ; reception didn’t have enough change to use machines. Tub in our bathroom didn’t drain, ever. After 1 person, it was half full, after 2nd person tub completely full, had to wait an hour so 3rd person could use it. Towels were tiny & thin. The soap was a tiny bar, 1”x2”,People should share a bar of soap, just gross. Only a 30ml of shampoo. SO had to buy our own. -Bathroom walls were covered in mould. -Carpet was gross, def keep shoes on at all times. -All but 1 lightbulb was out in our room. -Safe was broken (which they knew when we mentioned it) -Housekeeping is by required which is fine. At check-in, she said we can setup automatically for them to come every other day, which was fine. EXCEPT, they never came. Pool was gross, lime green, almost every lounger was broken. They refused to give a receipt at checkout, then charges our card after we left. But there were free donuts everyday."

"I was left a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the resort considering it was a 5-Star Fairmont property. There was frequently trash that wasn’t picked up around the pool areas. Empty cups and plates were strewn throughout the property. Just left me asking for more considering how much we paid for our stay. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice resort but I’ve stayed at other 5-Star resorts that were cleaner and more attention to the little details. "
