"The Palazzo Murano is a jewel in the shoreline part of Vico Equense. Situated opposite Vico Mare (the main pier), and nestled in the nook of the mountain, the rooms are fabulous; pretty, modern, clean, and comfortable. The linens were clean, and the towels were fluffy and clean. Compared to bigger cities, the lower part of Vico Equense is quiet with just the right mixture of nearby restaurants, pizza shops, gelato shops, and convenient transportation. The hotelier, Alphonse, is a marvelous host, providing transportation for us each of three days, with several drivers, at less than Uber rates. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. My wife and I highly recommend Palazzo Murrano, and Alphonse!"

"My three day stay at Villa Ketty in Sept 2025 was one of the highlights of my trip. A relaxing alternative to busy Sorrento. Great service from Antonio and the entire staff. Beautiful, rambling building and grounds. Picture postcard views of Vico Equense harbor and beach from the spotlessly clean room and of Mt. Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples from the patio. The lavish breakfasts and dinners were the best. The free shuttle or a short, steep but fun walk (without luggage) gets you to town, where you can catch the (very crowded) Circumvesuviana to Sorrento, Pompeii, etc. Great place!"

"We stayed at this beautiful hotel. The staff had informed us of a coach company to book for our transfers prior to our stay. We arrive and the reception staff were amazing. They were friendly, professional and helped us navigate to local areas. The room was compact, but was very clean. Every day our beds were made and our pyjamas were folded. The restaurant staff were amazing, maria was fantastic. They welcomed us and made us feel really special. The food selection was amazing and the food was gorgeous, compliments to the chef. I would like to express my thanks for making our holiday an amazing experience. "

"Fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, making us feel cared for throughout. Breakfast was amazing—huge variety of meats, cheeses, fresh vegetables, cakes, pastries, and more. "The hotel is beautiful, the only problem is that the pool closes at 7:00 PM, which is very inconvenient when you have excursions all day and just want to come back and relax by the pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included, the restaurant is quite expensive, but you have really good options around the area. The only problem is when you want to cross the street, as it's very difficult because the cars don't stop. I also like that the hotel dropped us off at the train station at no charge, really good service."
