"The reservation was deceptive in that it seemed I had rented a bigger room. It was tiny , essentially a bed with a couple feet from walls on three side! They did allow me to upgrade at a reasonable rate but did not mention breakfast was now included so we didn’t do breakfast till the last day!! There were 3 others couples who had similar issues but were allowed to cancel with 50 % refund! Place close attention to room size not pictures!"

"From the moment we arrived we were greeted by very welcoming & friendly staff. The hotel is old (which adds to the charm) but was very clean. Housekeeping came daily to clean the room & provide clean towels. The location & views were magnificent. Shuttle service to & from Sorrento was very good & reliable. Pool was lovely & has its own private beach with lounge chairs & umbrellas provided. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with lots of variety to choose from. The restaurant was excellent. Food was delicious. Waiters were very attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & were treated like family/special by every staff member. They were charming & clearly wanted to make our stay enjoyable & comfortable. We can’t wait to return. Highly recommend 12/10. Variety of international guests."

"4 nuits à cette hôtel et on va vraiment beaucoup aimé. Le site est vraiment très beau, vue incroyable sur le Vésuve et sur la montagne en arrière de l’hôtel, belle piscine sur le bord de l’eau. Eau très froide par contre dans la piscine. Bon buffet déjeuner. Stationnement facile pour l’auto et vraiment pas chers comparé aux autre hôtels. Accès facile à la route pour aller visiter. Chambre très grande, lit confortable, c’était très propre. Moi et ma conjointe avons passé un très beau séjour, je vous recommande cet hôtel."
