The stay was great the bed was nice and soft and the service was awesome. My room was nice and clean but the floor sweat so bad.

At the end of the day it is a Motel 6, and you get what you pay for. They DID have king size beds and some of the rooms have a jacuzzi in them, which is definitely a nice feature, especially for a motel on that level.

The room was bare bones and okay. The beds were pretty good and comfy enough. The road noise from rt 13 was very loud. The signage for locating the ice machine, elevator and room numbers were either terrible, non-existent and confusing. The stay was ok for our purposes. I probably wouldn't stay here again because of the road noise.

The room was very clean and could rate my stay as pleasant. I was a bit concerned after reading some reviews, but I had a nice, quiet and very clean room. I was a had a pen to thank Paola (the cleaning person) because she did a great job. I had no issues with hit water and the appliances (TV, microwave and small fridge) were in working conditions. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy.

Excellent location for shopping and dining. Clean room all around----bed, bathroom, even AC filter (which is the first thing I check). One thing: the parking lot can get a tad noisy...seems to be a bit of a hangout...but it didn't keep me awake or anything.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but travelers should be aware of their stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating, unfortunately the room was in poor shape. There was a leak from the room above me, leaving a large puddle in the bathroom. It was clear that this had been a problem previously as there was stucco placed over this area. I cleaned up the puddle only to have filthy towels as a result. It is clear they don’t wash the floors…. The bed is quite uncomfortable also, very coily. For $150 a night I expect much more. Highly overpriced for what you get. The owners/staff were very apologetic.

Decent stay

The check in and check out process was smooth. The staff that I came into contact with were all friendly as well. Overall the stay was nice and the room looked decent. If there was some fresh paint and the water temperature indicator in the shower was turned the proper way and the mini fridge door wasn’t loud when opening the layout would’ve been more comforting. Also, the toilet was very loud which startled me a few times lol.

The room included a walk in shower and towels in a wall holder. A wash area was located outside the bath area. The beds were comfortable with two pillows on each bed. There was no closet for clothes but there were hooks on the wall to hang them. This was adequate for the one night stay.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Like 2 pieces of plywood between little springs. Had another person’s hair in my towels. Floor of the shower wasn’t clean and had a bar of soap that had been used before me. The staff were nice when I checked in.

The outside of the hotel could definitely use some maintenance and cleaning. It looks a little sketchy and less than inviting in spots. The front desk staff were friendly and helped navigate the issue I had. The room itself was clean and the air conditioner worked well, although it did smell a little musty. Rooms were a bit bare in furnishing, but that’s reflected in the rate. An acceptable place to spend the night, but not the most comfortable for an extended stay.

I arrived earlier than expected, due to health issues. I was pleased to hear I was allowed to check in before 2:00 P.M. My stay was very noisy. The hotels guests were talking outside my room (around 2:00 or 3:00 a.m.) and the room faced a very busy road. Road noise didn't become less of a hindrance until after midnight. The building and the surrounding area could be better maintained.
