"We came to Bangor for an urgent medical appointment ( we live 3 hours away). They were able to take us in early so our dog did not have to be in a hot car while we were at NLH. The Cable was screwy, could only get one clear channel. When called the front desk you may or may not get an answer; and when we did they had no idea what the issue was with the cable and no remedy other than change our room (which we declined after 5 hours). Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The vanity sink drained very, very slow. The breakfast was adequate for our needs. Would not recommend the Mexican restaurant next door - the food was very bland in flavor."
"The room was clean but smelt really bad we had to use air freshener. Wish there was a full size mirror. The bed was ok but pillows were terrible and flat. The comforter on the bed definitely needs to be updated."
"The hotel was very nice and I would have given it an excellent rating IF THEIR ELEVATOR WORKED. We had to go up and down stairs to our room on the 2nd floor and carry all of our luggage, belongings, etc.
YOU CAN CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY AND REQUEST A 1ST FLOOR ROOM, AS SOON AS YOU BOOK YOUR ROOM. (Unfortunately, I didn't know that.)"
"Good location. Lovely staff. Had to get remote from office plus a screw driver to fix towel rack. Could use black out drapes. Overall good for the money"
"The AC in my room was broken. When I called the drint desk about it. They moved me to an upgraded room. Morgan was working the desk that day. She not only dropped off the key to my new room, she offered to help me move by belongings to the new room. She was very polite and very helpful."
