"We stayed in a Diamond Club room with the plunge pool. Our butler was Andre and he was very attentive to our needs. I like the butler service but wished the pool was more private. It’s really one long pool connected to the other ground floor rooms so it wasn’t really a personal pool. Nevertheless, it was nice to step from your patio to the pool and not be bothered with a lot of people in the pool with you. I’m not a buffet person so we never try the buffet or the room service, which is 24 hrs. October was the off season which was perfect for us so no crowds. However, that meant not all the restaurants were open every night. The resort rotated what was open and when. We did get to try all the specialty restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed all our meals. The food was very tasty and all of the staff was friendly and genuinely seem concern about you enjoying your stay. I’ve stayed at the Royalton St. Lucia which was a much bigger property but this Antigua location was very nice and I’d recommend it. "

"The beaches, staff, food and drinks were all amazing. Our room could have used a little maintenance but it did not matter to us. The ceiling had a leak. We were on the beach most of the time so we did not mention it. The sunsets at this property were gorgeous. We will absolutely be back. "
