Staff when we checked in ( five hours early) were understanding and helpful. Accommodations & location to Seattle waterfront was ideal. Staff arranged AM picked up for our next destination…. BISTRO BAR although small was the go to place to relax and get a quick bite. This location checked all the boxes. Highly recommend..

Hotel was great. Staff were amazing! Parking is expensive! Rooms were comfortable. Its about a 10-20 minute walk to the pier. Not a lot of shopping options near by. Not a lot of restaurants near by. Looked like a lot of restaurants have closed down recently.

Very very convenient location on Pioneer Square at the Link Light Rail train station directly from the airport & very cheap mode of transport. Room is very clean and lots of space. Staff very friendly & great knowledge of the area.

Clean rooms. We had two rooms, one of which had a view of the alley behind the property. Not a big deal for us as we were staying only one night and after check in, returned to the room late. Rooms had enough space to be comfortable and were clean and well organized. I booked the rooms over two months ago and it would have been convenient for them to be at least on the same floor but they were two floors apart.
