Property was convenient for our stay. Free parking and affordable; however, we also booked for the indoor pool but it needs some TLC around the pool area and the indoor pool was too cold for the kid to want to swim. Not sure if it was just the time of year or heater broken.

Staff was kind, helpful, and attentive. The hotel was clean, had a restaurant with great food and drinks and a wonderful pool and workout room. Why stay anywhere else? Well, one drawback was a large group of hockey families who let their kids run wild. But that is situational. Not the hotels fault.

Very nice, clean new hotel. The staff was very courteous. The only reason I am unable to give this property a 5-star rating is because the air conditioning unit in my room was very loud, like a fan was not functioning properly. It disturbed out sleep. Also, I wanted to enjoy the pool with my granddaughter but was run out by unsupervised teenagers from a soccer team.

Great hotel and staff! Most of the time.
The hotel and staff themselves are great. We stay here on a regular basis and never have any problems with the hotel it self. Other than the fact that when events are going on “like the Can-Am hockey tournament this weekend” there is nothing done about the kids running around screaming and yelling in the hallways. It’s also a very wise move to pay attention to your surroundings in their parking lot especially the side facing the highway. A few times there have been some undesirable people to say the least.

It was a nice clean comfortable room. I liked the pillows and bed. There is a restaurant on site that was decently priced and had a few vegetarian and kid options. This also means it’s too fancy of a hotel to include breakfast in the price of the room. My complaint is that when I called ahead to verify the pool/hot tub information, I was told it opens at 6am. I booked it because my son would be able to swim in the morning before we had to leave. At check-in I was told again the pool hours were 6am-10pm. Well, at 7am, lo and behold, we couldn’t get into the pool area because the pool hours are actually 9am-10pm. So there we are, my 7 year old crying in the lobby in his cold damp swimsuit, me having unwittingly gotten his hopes up that morning. Anyways, not a huge deal but the afternoon staff are misinformed about some basics and I probably would have booked some place cheaper knowing the real pool hours.

Mixed feelings on stay
Awesome room for the price. Great amenities and customer service! The room temperature controls were awful. The quality of the pillows were awful. Would be more likely to book a room during the summer and bring my own pillows from home, for sure!

Decent pool and hot tub, loved that there were towels available there. Gym is 24 hours and seens nice with tvs and a water cooler. Lovely lobby with a bar and 24 hour self serve purchase snack and drink area that is convenient and clean. As the hotel is next to the I-5 highway, there are some car noises that may bother some people. I only heard one noise at night that bothered me. The doors for each room tend to slam so it can be a bit annoying to hear everyone else near you entering and exiting their room at all hours of the day. Spacious and clean rooms. Wished they offered more tea variety, or normal tea bags, as the only black tea they offered for the Keurig machine was not great tasting. Overall, a nice property that is conveniently located right off the I-5 highway and Alderwood mall.

Clean and comfortable! However Expedia said that breakfast was included and it was not. Breakfast was $15 for each adult and didn’t look much more than the average continental breakfast.
