I liked the property because it was clean, it has walking ability to nearby amenities also. They have “free” wifi but we could not connect to it even after messaging the property, nothing was resolved. Breakfast had a good assortment of food and plenty of room to sit. Staff got annoyed when he had to help open our door due to the battery dying. We had a good stay but could some improvements.

Great location for our visit though under renovation (which this was listed on Expedia). Easy parking, clean room. Slow elevators (not sure if all were operational. Could not use elevator to go to parking garage when we left. Also minimal room amenities such as two towel, two wash cloth, 2 cups. Will give them a second chance after renovations.

The property and the staff were excellent throughout our stay. The breakfast selection was standard, with the only minor issue being that the breakfast area tended to become quite crowded during peak hours. Apart from that, it proved to be an excellent choice for a brief trip.

Room was a good size and very clean and modern. Let down is noise from the street even on the top floor, couldn’t control the room temperature, and feather pillows were unbearable to sleep on. Breakfast is super busy with limited seating but was ok given it’s an inclusion rather than extra cost. Location is close enough to walk to tourist activities. Housekeeping is every second day which we were not told at checkin and heaped our towels on floor the first morning. Came back to the room at 14:30 to this and asked if we could get towels by the evening. Came back to room at 18:30 and still not done. “It’s on the list for housekeeping” is what we were told. This was ridiculous given it was four hours later and we needed towels for showers.
