"Cute boutique hotel that needs some TLC. The positives are the location, security gate, room size, community areas, outdoor kitchen area with ice maker and filtered water. The negatives…there are ONLY 4 crappy lounge chairs around the pool. Those should be put to the curb, support bars go through your back with sagging canvas. They need a dozen new loungers instead of dining tables and chairs. Also purchase some useable beach chairs instead of the junk they have that is low to the ground and rusty. Beds are lumpy, pillows are tiny, shower doors don’t seal shut in room 1111."

"Hotel seemed understaffed. Upon checking the office door was locked with no staff at front desk. Waited outside for 25 minutes at 1030 pm after a late flight, for the front desk. Front desk was often empty with locked office, staff not around if you needed something. Pools were lovely, price was pretty good."

"The property is beautiful and well-maintained however, the management needs customer service and decorum training. Staff was super friendly and accommodating but front desk management was rude and very sarcastic. I will not be returning."

"Wow where to start, None of the pictures are a true description of this place…We stayed in room 22, the bed spread had a cigarette burn, the towel holder in the bathroom only had 1 bracket on the wall the rest of the holder was completely missing, the hand held shower wand is broken and sprays water out multiple areas the safe didn’t work, part of the electronics was missing…Watched a worker the next morning dump the trash can on the ground to empty the water since it had no lid, though they state there is free parking, it’s only enough space for maybe 10 cars…Oh and finally they do not provide wash clothes, supposedly the owner longer provides because apparently people where flushing them down the toilet…Would not recommend to anyone at this point…"

"This place was fine. Beach was good except they placed $200 cabanas in front of the other chairs so the ocean view was blocked. We were charged for umbrellas .. even though the price included resort fees. Parking was very high $50! The location was great .. within walking distance to all good activities. The staff were kind .. room was kept clean. Outdoor pool was nice and the bartender was cool. We missed the mermaid show because it was booked for a party. Ask ahead if you’re going specifically for that."
