"Beautiful location. Friendly welcoming staff. The front desk staff were very helpful but some of them seemed to lack the knowledge to answer some of our questions about the activities advertised. Perhaps they were training new staff for the upcoming busy season. We were very pleased with the 2 hotel activities that we participated in"

"Although right off the highway, it was quiet from traffic just the people outside our window that partied until 2 am. It has lots of features ideal for a family. Needs some upgrades in the indoor pool area, especially adding some pool towels. We had to go back to our room and get bathroom towels and then had none dry for showers later on. "The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the restaurant was convenient and had some good menu options. The resort itself seemed like it was partway through a Reno. Not great in the hallways, all new and shiny in the rooms. The bathroom hardware frustrated, but it was stylish."

"Cleveland House has a beautiful property with an incredible location on Lake Rosseau. Mature trees, and many buildings with character. That being said, I’d never stay here again.
