We booked a last minute room late at night and just needed somewhere we could rejuvenate and perk up for the morning. Check in was fine - it was clear there was some remodeling going on - and the hallway had sticky notes for the room numbers. Our room was PRISTINE and we thought we might have been the first ones in it - tv still had the sticker on it and the pain smell was heavy. We thought these were positives at the time. In the morning - went to the gym and nothing was usable. When we asked about it we were told "It's not closed, it's open" When we asked about the equipment, he said "No the equipment is not ready now, but you can go in the room. The gym is open." WHAT?!?! The pool was filled to with construction materials and unusable as well - he said that was listed in the profile - but I disagreed. I also feel like if you need to search for those details on multiple screens, it is not fair. I told he he should remove the pictures of the pool and gym until they were up and running. When getting back to the room - went to take a shower and the tub drain was stuck shut. We spent 5 minutes in the shower and ended up with 6 inches in the tub and called it a day. Breakfast was a true disappointment. We have stayed at this hotel chain many times, and this breakfast did not meet previous standards at all. I did ask for a partial refund - which they denied me. So the second best thing I can do is spread the work to stay away from this property.

Breakfast was yogurts, cereal, bagels, small muffins, bananas, apples, waffle maker. Bland. Orange juice and apple juice machine did not work for 3 of the mornings. Shower towel had 3 big holes from thinning material….should have been thrown away. Bed was fine. Heat worked great. Lots of parking. Easy close walk to McDonalds, Circle K and Taco Bell.

At first glance, it appears like a decent property, but then you recognize issues. Breakfast was limited to the same food every morning - the gravy (for buscuits) looked like it was reused, the scrambled eggs were good but were sometimes cold, the cereal was stale. The best bet was waffles. The room we stayed in smelled stale. The ceiling had a major crack through it. The toilet plumbing had an issue (the tank couldn't refill efficiently, so it kept running). The tv had several channels but no "guide" button to even review what was on, so you had to channel surf with a remote that barely worked. The elevator is maxed out for 2 riders, unless you have a small family. Fortunately, we didn’t spend much time in the hotel, as we were in the area for a music festival. We only showered & slept. The bed was comfy & clean. Bring your own pillow.

Upon initial check-in the lady at the front desk was very nice. Check-in/check-out was easy. However once we got to the room it was so hot in there from where the AC had been turned off for I don't know how long. It took forever for the room to cool down to a somewhat comfortable temperature and even then the room still felt muggy and not cool enough even with the AC being set all the way down. The hallway to our room and our bathroom smelled of mildew/funk. Something was definitely cooking in the carpet bc it had my asthma flared up, causing me to cough all night. Anytime we would come/go, the staff would question our room number and how many guests we had (it was just me & my daughter). I wouldn't stay here again.

Stayed here on a trip for Archery Nationals in Louisville. Walls had gouges out of them, bed skirts had stains on them and when you go to the front desk they asked if we could pull them out. Will definitely look at different places before I’d stay there again

Myself and my grandson were in town for a sleepover and pick up of auction stuff the following day. I did phone ahead to make sure that I would be able to get a room focused to the lobby or at least closest to the elevators if I was up on the second third or fourth floor. I was greeted and received a room close to the lobby. Couple of complaints I have. Are the eggs that had too much water in them. I was not aware until I got there that I would be charged a hundred dollar security deposit. I'm okay with that. However, I believe that should have been provided prior to my arrival after driving two and a half hours.
