"Very charming property! The host, Carmen, was lovely and she was very organized and very helpful. You will need a vehicle if you choose to stay here. We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again."

"Se si vuole stare in mezzo alla natura a due passi dal mare questo è il posto giusto. Una tenuta magnifica con belle camere nel casale, piscina strepitosa con vista mare, alberi da frutto, pineta. Il valore aggiunto sono la signora Elvira e suo figlio Marco che, in una situazione difficile per noi, ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e disponibilità. Grazie ancora, speriamo di ritornare l'anno prossimo"

"Our stay here was short but was wonderful because of this booking. The Boutique hotel is modern in an old world setting and a short block from the beach and the castle. The street has so many places to eat and shop. It was a great place to spend a couple of days. It was hot and we drove in and parked a couple blocks away but the owner kindly took me in his car to ours to bring our baggage and he brought it to the room. He let us check in 1/2 hour early as well. "
