it's going downhill

I booked this for one of my vendor who had stayed here for a few times in the past 2 years. However this time they were dissapointed. The room was messy and dusty like it hasn't been cleaned for sometimes. There are cockroach and leaking shower that goes to the bedroom.

New hotel in city

Location-wise is around city centre however not within walking distance. Room is good with big bed however basic requirement like bellroom is non existence. Room wall is thick enough that I cant hear the neighbouring room but I still can hear noises from the corridor. Wifi is greatly workable.
