Spacious room but dirty and smelly

Complimentary airport delivery service was great, the drivers are all very friendly. However, the room was not clean enough, bed linen was dirty and the bathroom was smell very badly. I'd like to compliment their drivers but really disappointed with the works of their housekeeping.

まずレセプションの方が・・・お粗末・・・(^^ゞ

3泊しました。まずレセプションは6Fです。 そして、カードキーをかざさないと6F以上の階を選択できません。 これは海外のホテルではよくみかけますが、 チェックイン時に一切言われませんでした。 レセプションの方が総じてホスピタリティ低いです。 それから、常時2名レセプションにおられますが、 在籍者が多くの、どんどん入れ替わります。 故に、連絡事項が全く伝わっていない・・・などが頻発。 私は、当日AM7:30に「AM9:00にブルーバードタクシーの手配」を しました。紙に書いて、時刻、部屋番号、当方の氏名、目的地(住所+TELも) を伝えておりました。もちろんその紙の写真を撮って、紙自体はレセプションに 渡しました。 さて、8：50になり1Fロビーへ行きました。まぁ、9：05くらいまではヤイヤイ言うまい とどっしり構えてロビーで待機。 「・・・・・・・・」 9：20になってもまったく来ません。途中1Fのスタッフには何度か確認しました。 憤って、6Fロビーへ問いただしに行きました。 はい、例のスタッフ居ません・・・。そしてみな一様に「私はわからない」 チーーーーーン！ こういう事が頻発します。 次に部屋の中・・・アリさん多数・・・・　50匹くらい・・・・ ここ16階なんですが(^^ゞ 朝のごはんはバイキング形式で美味しかったですね！ 長くなりましたが・・・ここは・・・まぁ次は泊まれません(^^ゞ

安くて部屋が広いので多分リピートします。

9日間滞在しましたが、NHKも見られるので安心感あります。 が、ルームクリーン含めたスタッフのホスピタリティは良いとは言えません。 安く泊まれたので多くは求めませんが…。 あとシャワーの水圧は充分なのですが、排水のコンディションが悪く結構臭うことがあります。

The price paid is good for the room cleanliness and facilities. The hotel is still pretty new. This is the second time we stayed in this hotel during our visit to Semarang. The first was less than a year ago. The water heater is working well. Mattrass remains comfortable. We saw stains in bed sheet. Breakfast (food qualities and variaties) unchanged and poor. No aircon in breakfast area despite indoor - not sure why. Wifi is bad if you are in the room. Staffs appear not as pleasant as they were.

For the price, the sheer size of the rooms is hard to beat. The layout of the hotel is quite different with the check-in counter up on the 6th floor. But overall, the rooms are nice with a full size fridge and a living room.

cheap room & excellent stay

I booked 1 night for family suites room, it was excellent stay, downside is: the master bathroom is a bit smelly. but you can close the door. the kitchenette was nice but I wish there is a microwave, silverware, plates and more drinking cups for us to use, the location is just OK, small street and far walking distance from the "simpang lima" but no big deal since I have a transportation to go sight seeing. Now the plus size: the bed is very comfortable, my room was HUGE, 3 individual bedroom in a suites, 2 bath, dining area, kitchen and a living room, it was perfect for a family reunion, I ended up book a second night, but a regular business room since this time my family is the only one stay. but oh my..I was surprise, their regular standard business room was big too, a bedroom with king size bed huge bathroom with separate toilet room, a living room with pullout sofa bed (extra 200idr charge), and a smaller version kitchenette, I couldn't be happier. everything works well in this room. the breakfast room is indeed small, but there is outdoor area as well. hot breakfast such of: white rice, hainam rice, stir fry veggies, tongseng beef, made to order scramble eggs, veggie fitter, fried banana and chicken conge, American breakfast; pastries, cake, fruit and cereal, choice of drink is standard. parking is free, internet free, cheap room & excellent stay

Stay was good, except for the breakfast food.

Good for entertaining guests in the three bedroom apartment, than outside in the humid weather. The hotel staff and security were good. The breakfast was of a poor quality, all the food was served cold and had to continually ask for it to be reheated, as I don't trust the hygiene in Indonesia. Your eggs are cooked in front of you, however they are not chefs and don't understand english very well. The Hotel is next to a multi- storey building being renovated and is a bit scary at times. I will visit the hotel on the next visit.
