"Very warm and welcoming hotel. Incredibly friendly staff. Really cozy and excellent proximity to bath centre. Beautiful gardens."
"Lovely room. Good location although the nearest parking for long stay is about 10 minutes walk, so not ideal with luggage. Very comfortable bed, great fluffy towels and well stocked toiletries. We did ask for a quiet room and so were placed in a family room next door to families, but they were quiet. Not sure on why that made sense to place us there though. We would come back and stay again."
"Great stay as always , super clean and well maintained"
"Very nice hotel with convenient bus service into bath Had dinner at the hotel once, excellent meal worthy of masterchef"
"Great Breakfast"
"The spa pools were so cool!"
"Great spot to be based to see the town"
"A very good hotel with very helpful desk staff. However, we had asked for twin beds and arrived to find them pushed together as one bed. Also the bedside tables were visibly dusty. The toilet needed to be flushed more than once to do its job."
"Clean, modern rooms, pleasant staff and good all round breakfast, although not right in the City centre which I prefer not to be anyway, only a 10 mins slow walk and you are in the City, One big negative though, having stayed in both Holiday Inns and Expresses many times, having to pay for parking, I appreciate the hotel prices being higher for Bath compared to other places but to charge for parking as well is going to put visitors and guests off staying at the Holiday Inn, myself included."
